WE ARE HIRING | PROCESS ENGINEER

- Monitor, set up, and optimize process parameters; establish SPC control limits and respond to out-of-control conditions. - Design, execute DOE for module/recipe optimization; review, analyze DOE data to detect and correct errors, as well as suggest process improvements. - Perform RCA on process issues; develop/maintain PFMEA for the assigned process and drive actions into recipe updates. - Develop SOP, train personnel and support the implementation of new processes in the fab.

- B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Semiconductor Engineering, Nanotechnology, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Electrical & Electronics, Automation, Materials Science, or related fields. - Knowledge of one or more processes, such as Lithography, Etching, Deposition, CMP, Implantation, Cleaning and Thermal Process. - Experience working with FEOL, MEOL, BEOL processes in semiconductor manufacturing. - Fluent in English and Vietnamese. => Preferred - 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing. - Leadership, training, and team management skills. - OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Mistral, Ollama, vLLM. - Proficiency in analytical tools such as JMP and Minitab.
