TESTING ENGINEER (UP TO MANAGER)

- Provides technical support to Test Manufacturing Operations and guidance on process implementation – Issue SOP, - Support technician to solve issues in production - Conduct analysis to attain optimum yield and superior product quality - NPI setup: project leading, test machine buyoff, test process - Test process & system improvement: yield/quality/productivity enhancement - Test S/W&H/W management: test program, test fixtures - Communication with other teams: Tracking of information on the device, Checking test results - Clear and comfortable communication with customer in English

- Graduate: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics or related majors. - Experience in Test Semiconductor or Test of EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry - English Communication Skill mandatory - Experience in FCT/ICT, Automated Test Equipment (ATE) - Experience with basic programming knowledge - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation
