SENIOR DFT ENGINEER | UP TO USD 5,000/ MONTH

• Support the development of DFT design specifications and DFT strategy to meet test coverage, test time, and test cost targets; contribute technical solutions as needed.
• Perform DFT implementation and verification activities.
• Support the definition and verification of DFT timing constraints (SDC).
• Generate, validate, and debug test patterns for simulation and tester/ATE use.
• Collaborate with FE/BE and related teams to complete chip design and test activities within the project schedule.
• Support and mentor junior/fresher engineers.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in DFT, digital IC design, or a related area, with hands-on exposure to DFT activities.
• Knowledge or practical experience in one or more DFT areas such as scan insertion/compression, ATPG, MBIST, boundary scan/JTAG, or pattern verification/debugging. Full-flow DFT experience is not required.
• Experience with one or more EDA tools from Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens EDA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in related digital design activities such as RTL design, synthesis, STA, clock/reset design, or logic verification is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within engineering teams and with global customers.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
