HARDWARE ENGINEER

- Detailed analog and digital design including schematic and PCB layout - Responsible for the PCB Design layout for new or existing products. - Collaborating with software engineers to ensure software compatibility and integration with the hardware components. - Ensure the designs accounts for power, signal, and ground requirements. - Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure layouts are optimized for the sampling production. - Testing hardware prototypes and analyzing and interpreting performance data. - Analyze and verify to make sure design meet all requirements of functionality, performance and reliability. - Prepare the BOM for products and material design files for production web page description. - Help Develop the documentation necessary for product release. - Support Software/Firmware team programming and debugging embedded firmware.

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or similar. - At least 3+ years of proven experience as a hardware design engineer or similar. - Hardware PCB design with Cadence Allegro, KiCad, Altium Software. - Experience designing PCBs, executing part placement, routing traces, understanding electrical issues as related to - PCBs, thermal dissipation estimation, EMC, EMI, ESD. - Good experience in Power Conversion, Motor Control and Basic control theory knowledge is advanced. - General knowledge of ARM Cortex-M architecture. MCU/DSP Peripherals (Timer/PWM, ADC, DAC, UART) experience is a plus. - Has good basic with C or any programming, Scripting languages (Python, etc.), Software Tools (IDE): IAR EWARM, Keil uVision, Eclipse is plus. - Ability to analysis and resolve issues. - Good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and collaborate with cross-team on multiple projects.
