PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADER

- Manage production lines and production personnel to ensure stable daily operations. - Plan and assign daily tasks to production workers to achieve production targets. - Monitor production capacity, productivity and operational efficiency. - Identify, analyze and resolve production and quality abnormalities. - Monitor product quality throughout different production processes and minimize defective products. - Train new frontline employees and evaluate their working performance. - Maintain discipline, safety and 5S standards on the production line. - Prepare production reports and communicate issues to higher-level management. - Coordinate with other departments to resolve production-related problems. - Perform other duties assigned by management.

- College degree or above. - Major in Manufacturing, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or related fields is preferred. - Fluent communication in English or Chinese is required. - Previous experience in production management, manufacturing or line supervision is an advantage. - Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of 5S, production management and quality control is preferred.
