PRODUCTION PROCESS QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER (PQA)

- Handle, analyze, improve and follow up on abnormalities occurring during production processes. - Analyze production-line productivity and defective products. - Identify root causes of production and quality issues and propose corrective actions. - Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. - Establish and improve product quality standards. - Develop and standardize SOPs, work instructions, forms and quality standards for production processes. - Monitor compliance with established production procedures and quality requirements. - Work closely with production teams to identify process-related problems. - Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and product quality. - Prepare reports and communicate quality/process issues to relevant departments.

- College degree or above. - Major in: Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Or related fields. - English communication skills required. - 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, quality assurance or related fields is preferred. - Understanding of production processes and quality control. - Knowledge of SOP, process control and continuous improvement is an advantage. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
