Project Manager (Bilingual: Japanese & English)

1. Oversee Japanese customer projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from NPI (New Product Introduction) to EOL (End of Life), including project planning, execution, monitoring, and review in coordination with relevant manufacturing departments.

2. Lead regular project review meetings (PRM, MRM, ERM, QRM) and coordinate cross-functional project team members to achieve customer satisfaction in terms of quality, cost, and delivery (QCD).

3. Act as the factory's primary point of contact for customer communication, ensuring orders are fulfilled according to CRS (Customer Requested Schedule), while coordinating with the Material Team to address material shortages and inventory-related issues.

4. Lead project team members in managing projects in compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Manufacturing Service Agreement (MSA).

5. Promptly escalate potential risks, including customer complaints, quality issues, delivery delays, and other critical matters, to the PJM Head.

6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

7. Provide training and guidance to subordinates to ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and practices.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Sales, or Material Management within OEM projects.

• Proficient in Japanese and English; Chinese communication skills are an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
