EQUIPMENT ENGINEER

- Monitor and improve tool performance, availability, and reliability through FDC, equipment KPI (OEE, EA, MTBF, MTTR); support APC data integrity. - Analyze alarms and system data; perform RCA and troubleshooting for equipment issues; develop/maintain equipment FMEA. - Develop Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and PM programs to prevent equipment failures. - Execute equipment change control workflows including ECN, MCA, PCN. - Coordinate tool move-in, layout validation, and hookup matrices with riggers, vendors, and contractors; support, track and qualify the acceptance test, tool qualification, and technology transfer process.

- B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Semiconductor Engineering, Nanotechnology, Applied Physics, Automation, Materials Science, or related fields. - Knowledge of semiconductor equipment architecture and operation—including electromechanical systems, tool schematics, tool control/communication and related subsystem. - Fluent in English and Vietnamese. => Preferred - 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance and operation in high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing. - Experience with advanced process control systems including APC, FDC, and PdM implementation.
