WE ARE HIRING METROLOGY ENGINEER

- Develop measurement recipes and maintainable CD-SEM, AFM, OCD (scatterometry), ellipsometry, or other optical tools. - Perform overlay measurements, monitor CD uniformity, and line edge roughness (LER/LWR). - Support to build and maintain models (OCD, ellipsometry, ...) for profile extraction (height, sidewall angle, CD, ...), and process tuning. - Establish control limits and integrate metrology into SPC systems.

- B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optics, or related fields. - Experience with CD-SEM, AFM, ellipsometry, and scatterometry modeling. - Knowledge of statistical process control and data analysis. - Strong communication skills to interact across engineering and operations teams. - Fluent in English and Vietnamese. => Preferred - 3+ years of experience with OCD modeling software (KLA PRISM, Nova RCWA, ...). - Hands-on experience with overlay metrology tools and feedback/feed-forward control loops. - Proficiency in scripting (Python, R, or equivalent) for data analysis.
