FT Process Technician

Job Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve product, process, and equipment issues to minimize defects and achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Equipment and Process Engineers to resolve recurring equipment failures and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate abnormal production lots and implement containment and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Follow quality requirements, including FMEA, Control Plans, and TCM, and maintain accurate equipment failure and corrective action records.
• Communicate effectively and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Qualifications & Experience

  • College diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; at least 1 year of semiconductor industry experience is preferred.

  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to apply continuous improvement methods to recurring equipment issues.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with operators, supervisors, and engineers.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks effectively.
