Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support Intel’s wafer manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment and production processes operate efficiently and consistently meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will include carrying out essential manufacturing tasks, resolving equipment issues, and improving production processes. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wafer manufacturing equipment to support stable and efficient production.

• Monitor, gather, and analyze operational data to make real-time adjustments and improve production procedures.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment problems, and manage spare parts to maintain production efficiency.

• Support process improvement activities and resolve abnormal events occurring on the production line.

• Help revise training documentation and participate in buddy, trainer, and certification programs.

• Take part in safety discussions and Emergency Response Team activities when required.

• Use technical judgment and initiative to address complex problems and recommend appropriate solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or a one- to two-year diploma in a relevant discipline.

• Between 0 and 10 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field, depending on educational background.

• Ability to gather and analyze operational data to support process adjustments.

• Competence in equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment.
