Develop cost-effective test solutions for New Product Introduction (NPI) and support Central Engineering (CE).
Ensure timely test release and product transfer to manufacturing.
Prepare and maintain NPI documentation in accordance with GWP procedures.
Coordinate with CE and Test Equipment Engineering on test hardware, software, and ATE solution development and qualification.
Lead final test equipment qualification, including MSA, GR&R, correlation, spike checks, FTM configuration, and system integration.
Analyze test data to optimize test solutions and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with TDE, Device Engineering, and Operations to resolve manufacturing issues.
Execute testing for customer samples, EBR, qualification samples, and Safe Launch.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, with a strong understanding of electronic circuits.
Knowledge of C/C++ programming.
At least 2 years of experience in Final Test Engineering within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
Good teamwork, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
