Failure Analysis Technician

Provide timely and comprehensive failure analysis, construction analysis, and technical services to internal and external customers using failure analysis tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical characterization of failures, from external access points to specific cells within a product, to identify and visualize failure mechanisms.
• Document and report analysis findings using standard PAL or 8D report formats for internal and external customers.
• Perform periodic servicing and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Ensure laboratory 5S practices comply with established standards.
• Assist engineers in troubleshooting and repairing laboratory equipment and systems.
• Support engineers in laboratory capability improvement activities.
• Provide technical services and support to internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with a high school diploma may also be considered.
