Manufacturing System Analyst

1. Modeling Data Management

• Take overall responsibility for maintaining the site's modeling data.
• Ensure modeling data is accurate, consistent, and up to date.

2. Change Management Process

• Develop, document, and maintain the change management process for modeling data.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and regularly review and update the process as needed.

3. Change Management Tools

• Promote and facilitate the use of tools to support and enforce the change management process.
• Provide guidance and support to relevant stakeholders in using these tools effectively.

4. Testing and Deployment Support

• Support testing and deployment activities related to modeling data changes.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and effective testing and deployment.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with technical, production, and management teams to ensure modeling data meets site requirements.
• Participate in meetings and cross-functional projects, providing relevant data, information, and technical support as required.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Identify, propose, and implement improvements to modeling data maintenance and change management processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.

7. Other Responsibilities

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
• Proficiency in using change management tools and systems.
• Good knowledge of data analysis tools, such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Apps, and equipment integration standards such as SECS/GEM is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks.
