OSV Reliability Lab Technician

1. Product Testing and Line Support

• Provide line support and work closely with Operations to resolve product testing issues, including tester malfunctions, hardware and accessory issues, correlation failures, failure verification, and disposition.
• Work closely with Lab Operations to ensure product and equipment test setup issues are addressed promptly, minimizing delays and meeting on-time delivery (OTD) targets.

2. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Perform periodic preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment, test chambers, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair laboratory equipment and systems to ensure reliable operation.
• Support process-related evaluations and improvement activities.

3. Reliability Testing Operations

• Ensure all loading and unloading activities for ONRMS reliability test runs are completed according to the established schedule.
• Coordinate with Lab Operations to ensure timely loading and unloading, meet OTD targets, and maintain zero quality issues.

4. Laboratory Capability Improvement

• Assist engineers in activities aimed at improving laboratory capabilities, equipment performance, and testing processes.

5. Technical Support and Problem-Solving

• Perform moderately complex assignments requiring sound judgment to troubleshoot problems and provide routine recommendations.
• Provide technical services and support to internal and external customers.

6. Other Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to work on a three-shift schedule.
• Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
