Process Technician

Job Summary

• Provide technical support and resolve product and process issues during assigned shifts to minimize rejection rates and achieve process and departmental KPIs.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers to resolve and improve material-related issues and support Engineering Build Request (EBR) activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Process, Team Leaders, and Supervisors to resolve equipment, quality, process, and cost-related issues.
• Identify and propose continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance product quality and process performance.
• Follow quality system requirements and procedures, including FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions (WI), and Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAP), and take appropriate action when product or process abnormalities occur.
• Comply with safety regulations, maintain efficient operations within the assigned area, and provide regular work reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• College diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Electricity, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of quality tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams.
• Good problem-solving skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and comply with safety regulations.
